4.documentation

Apply a Construction Certificate Issued by a registered certifier (PCA)Requires detailed structural plans, engineering, energy compliance, central server to record all document. 

5. Construction

Project management coordinates to PCA and relevant authorities and all trades and supply materials.construction begin and go though to finish: (slab, frame, roof, services, finishes)

6. OC

Get ready for All conditions of approval and compliance checks must be met ,Upon completion, certifier will inspect and issue an Occupation Certificate, and hand over manul
